Horské apartmány Elli is a small chalet without a reception desk. From the moment you book until you leave, you are in touch with Jana.
Included
Arrival
Your apartment is prepared for your arrival: warm, lit, with a welcome card and a small gift. Check-in is self-service at any time from 15:00. If the owners are in residence, they will greet you in person – we will let you know in advance.
Concierge
Your stay is looked after by Jana, the chalet's hospitality manager. Jana will contact you 5–7 days before arrival to prepare your stay, and is available daily 9:00–18:00 by phone and WhatsApp.
Luggage storage
Each apartment has a private lockable storage space on the ground floor for boots, coats and luggage, also available before check-in and after check-out.
Facilities
A ski room with boot warmers, a garage for bicycles and e-bikes with charging, and Wi-Fi throughout the chalet.
Parking
A reserved space at the entrance, two for Viola. Parking outside designated areas is not permitted in Pec pod Sněžkou.
Krkonoše Card
Every booking includes the Krkonoše Card: 30% off the Sněžka cable car and further benefits in the region.

Breakfast
Breakfast at Penzion Eden, 100 m from the chalet, daily 8:00–10:00, served as a buffet. Please book with your reservation or with Jana by 18:00 the day before. CZK 250 per person, children under 8 CZK 125.
Housekeeping
Daily if you wish: fresh towels, kitchen cleaning and bed making. Please arrange with Jana by 10:00. Price on request.
Children's host
An experienced children's host can look after your children in the apartment or the lounge, by prior arrangement. Price on request.
Cot
On request, CZK 250 per stay.
Late check-out
Subject to availability, until 12:30 or 17:00. Price on request.
